Job Description
Enfinity Global is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to optimize and oversee the operational efficiency of the Legal Department. This role reports into the Head of Compliance and ensures smooth processes, compliance, and effective coordination across the legal department. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills, legal process knowledge, and a proactive approach to implementing best practices and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the selection, implementation, and management of legal technology tools, including contract management, matter management, and legal entity management systems.
- Establish and monitor systems, KPIs and reporting dashboards to ensure departmental performance and efficiency.
- Organize and manage global entity information, including corporate records
- Organize and manage legal trackers, including litigation, contingent liabilities, etc.
- Drive workflow automation initiatives, including creating Copilot agents, SharePoint development, and process optimization.
- Partner with IT, Simplification and Finance departments as needed to ensure solutions are well integrated with the company’s other needs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail.
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in legal operations or a similar role within a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Proven ability to implement technologies, policies, and processes that enhance efficiency and value in legal operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in designing reports and dashboards for diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and similar platforms.
