Legal Internship

Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.

We want you as a talented Intern for the legal team to help us in our mission by creating, developing and improving the legal templates, processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as an Intern in Legal Team, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include:

· Support in the integration of a contract library management

· Improvement or creation of contract templates

· Managing support in non-disclosure agreements analysis

· Performing legal researches and legal watch

· Handling internal website pages on legal policies and processes

· Assisting in contract negotiation

· Handling the contract records.

What we would love to see from you

In the role of Legal Intern, you will have the following:

· BAC+5 degree in Business Law or equivalent

· Good social skills

· Curiosity and love of learning

· Fluent in English (working language is English).
