Linklaters is looking for an outstanding Italian law student in his/her final years of university for a four-month internship in the Corporate department of the Milan office from February 2026.

A very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is essential together with excellent interpersonal, organisational and planning skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- research
- supporting due diligence processes and data room entry
- assisting in the preparation of memos and document review
