A Glimpse into Your Future at Orderly Network

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Help draft and edit the contract templates, including but not limited to standardized forms of various kinds of agreements
  • Draft various legal documents, summaries, and enclosures at attorneys’ requests
  • Assist in placing all legal documents on file
  • Organize legal memoranda and clients/vendors correspondence
  • Research documents for the latest legislative/regulatory developments
  • Prepare proposals in correspondence to regulatory changes
• About you:
  
  • Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field
  • Passionate about technology, blockchain, trading, or finance
  • Detailed-oriented, highly proactive at work
  • Fluent communication in both Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • At least 2 onsite working days per week (half-day per shift is also acceptable)
  • Internship duration at least 6 months
