What You'll Do:
Work primarily with the Deputy General Counsel overseeing sales and other business contracts
Participate in various tasks and projects
Review, revise, and negotiate a variety of business agreements, including sales and partnership agreements and non-disclosure agreements
Assist in developing and refining corporate governance policies and procedures
Research and analysis on specific legal issues and corporate law department best practices, such as state and international privacy and intellectual property law, AI, and U.S. trade sanctions
Assist with regulatory filings and management of intellectual property records
Complete due diligence and risk analyses for potential international customers
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
What You'll Need:
Must have finished first year of law school
Very strong research, writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Must be authorized to work in the United States
