Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with local and international legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on business operations
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes across different jurisdictions
- Work with external legal counsel when required
- Support corporate governance and internal policy development
- Identify legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law Master Degree in Law or compatible fields would be a plus.
- Experience 5+ years in a contract department of a reputable in-house company, corporate secretarial or related function, preferably managing multiple jurisdictions or experience in an international law firm
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Russian is a strong advantage
- Proven experience working with multiple legal jurisdictions (e.g., Dubai, UK, Europe)
- Solid understanding of international regulatory frameworks
- MiFID II certification is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Background in corporate or commercial law
- Experience working in an international environment
Skills Required
