Here’s what you’ll be doingAs our Legal Counsel (Junior-Mid), you’ll help lay the groundwork for our business success. You’ll tackle a wide range of legal matters, from day-to-day contracts to supporting strategic growth initiatives.
You’ll get to:
- Draft and review the commercial contracts and agreements of clients, partners, and vendors;
- Provide suggestions or advice in respect to optimising the group structure of the Company; liaise with external lawyers from other jurisdictions to meet the needs of new incorporations and setups;
- Assist in ad hoc legal projects and internal policy development to ensure we stay ahead of emerging risks and obligations;
- Support company incorporations, registrations, and maintain corporate records in multiple jurisdictions;
- Correspond with regulators and assist with licensing, compliance, and reporting requirements;
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to our business and keep stakeholders informed;
- Represent the company as a nominee when required and liaise with external legal advisors as needed;
- Provide practical legal guidance to teams across the company to help them make smart, risk-aware decisions;
- Prepare, maintain, and update legal templates and standard documents to keep us operating smoothly and efficiently;
- Maintain and update the Company’s database in relation to all legal documentation, templates, internal documents and contractual agreements with counterparties
RequirementsYou need these qualifications
- University degree in Law;
- Excellent spoken and written English and Greek;
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts;
- Familiar with corporate governance, company incorporations, and basic regulatory compliance;
- Be a detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills, be clear, professional, and approachable;
- Hands on personality, ready to take initiative;
- Love learning and have a proactive, problem-solving mindset;
- Have an eye for detail, draft documents diligently and accurately.
- Previous experience in the telecom or technology industry or willingness to learn how the telecom industry operates in depth;
- Experience with cross-border transactions or multi-jurisdictional compliance;
- Familiar with data privacy, intellectual property, or telecom-specific regulations;
- Be comfortable using digital tools to organise and automate legal operations.
