- Provide legal support and advice on relevant legal issues, assess and handle risks for the company’s governance, opreation and transaction;
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.;
- Support negotiation and communication with clients, vendors and other stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities;
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function.
- Graduated from a well-known law school
- Previous working experience as a Legal Counsel for in ICT & Digital area;
- Good understanding of ICT industry and digital business;
- Good prioritisation and time-management skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Deep understanding on data protection area is a plus
