JOB PURPOSE – WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Legal Coordinator, you will support the legal department, ensuring smooth operations while handling sensitive matters with confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT YOU’LL MANAGE
- Assist with LTIP plan administration (grant filings, tracking, HR follow-ups).
- Organize and manage legal documents (electronic and physical storage).
- Maintain and update legal templates (letterheads, NDAs, agreements).
- Fill template agreements with accurate details for business use.
- Proofread and format contracts before signature.
- Log and track legal requests, generating monthly/quarterly reports.
- Coordinate with PROs for document attestation and legalization.
- Manage the Group Legal calendar and the General Counsel’s schedule.
- Oversee renewals and regulatory applications (licenses, leases, filings).
- Process legal-related invoices.
- Handle additional tasks as needed.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a legal coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
