Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business, both in the UK and internationally.  It has evolved a fairer, more efficient and effective business model, structured to deliver leading advice-led wealth management services, giving financial advisers and their clients the best opportunity to fulfil their dreams and ambitions.

We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Legal Administrator to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will predominantly support the Group Legal Team by managing administrative tasks, conducting research and assisting in various activities within the Group Legal Team.

Please note: This position is an administrative support role within the Legal team and is not a route into a Paralegal, Trainee Solicitor or Solicitor position. There is no planned progression into a legal practitioner career path. We are therefore seeking candidates who genuinely enjoy administration, organisation, coordination and supporting a busy team, rather than individuals looking to qualify or advance within the legal profession.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism. The role would ideally suit an individual who is proactive and can pre-empt the Group Head of Legal’s needs and facilitate efficiencies.

  • Unquestionable commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

About you

  • Applications from candidates seeking a Paralegal, Training Contract or Solicitor career path are unlikely to be suitable for this position. We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys and wishes to develop within a Legal Assistant and administrative support role.
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our Group Legal Team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, assist with research activities, manage documentation and help facilitate the smooth running of the legal function.
  • This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys organisation, administration and working with detail, rather than an individual seeking a route into a Paralegal or qualified legal career. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys building efficient processes and keeping things organised.
  • The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will be proactive, able to anticipate the needs of the Group Head of Legal, and focused on identifying ways to improve administrative efficiency across the team.
