Legal Assistant - Workers Compensation

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and court appearances.
- Manage e-filing duties quickly and efficiently.
- Handle client communications with poise and professionalism.
- Help maintain organized client files and records.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Become subject matter expert on all client quirks and preferences.

Skills Required
- 3+ years of related experience and/or training in workers compensation litigation, or an equivalent combination of education and litigation experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Aderant Total Office
