About the role
  • This is a high-volume, phone-based role at the heart of our client experience.

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients on the phone, providing clear and confident updates, answering questions about the conveyancing process, and ensuring every client feels supported and informed.

  • You’ll need a solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process - whether that’s from working in a conveyancing team or from a sales progression role within an estate agency. 

  • You’ll understand how transactions move forward, what can cause delays, and what clients, agents and lenders typically need.

  • This is a work-from-home role with normal full-time working hours between 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

    You’ll:

    Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients each day

    • Provide accurate updates and explain next steps in a clear, reassuring way

    • Manage client expectations with professionalism and empathy

    • Work closely with our legal teams to escalate complex matters appropriately

    • Chase clients, other law firms and third parties for outstanding documents and information

    • Upload legal documents and case information to our system

    You don’t need a law degree, but recent, relevant experience in residential conveyancing or estate agency sales progression is essential.

Skills Required

  • Recent relevant experience in residential conveyancing or estate agency sales progression (within last 12 months)
  • Solid understanding of residential conveyancing process, transaction progression, and common causes of delay
  • Experience handling high-volume inbound client calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Ability to provide accurate updates, manage client expectations, and escalate complex matters appropriately
  • Experience uploading legal documents and case information to a case management system
  • Ability to work from home during standard full-time hours (9am-6pm, Monday to Friday) with minimal distractions
