- Lead and manage all legal affairs of the company, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including commercial law, data protection, consumer rights, and corporate governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Product, and Technology to support business initiatives
- Represent the company in interactions with external legal counsel, regulators, and business partners
- Manage all legal activities related to corporate law, trade law, and corporate governance, including regulatory filings and compliance requirements
- Define and execute the company’s legal strategy in alignment with business goals and comprehensive legal risk assessments
- Provide clear, actionable legal advice to the executive and senior management teams across a range of matters
- Continuously monitor and interpret changes in the legal and regulatory environment, advising the business on potential impacts
- Lead the resolution of legal and regulatory disputes, ensuring risks are mitigated and outcomes align with business interests
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, ensuring legal and commercial soundness
- Advise and support legal aspects of relationships with the board of directors, shareholders, and key business partners, ensuring all interactions comply with applicable laws and governance standards
- Design and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with Turkish and international competition laws in all current and future markets where the company operates

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university
- Min 10 years of legal experience, ideally in fast-paced sectors such as e-commerce, technology, or retail
- In-depth knowledge of commercial law, data protection, consumer protection, and corporate governance
- Strong experience in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce or tech-driven businesses is a strong advantage
