Was sind deine Aufgaben?
Als unser Sales Associate wirst Du;
- Unseres Management-Teams bei den operativen Prozessen und Abläufen unterstützen, die den Warenschwund minimieren und die Rentabilität steigern;
- Einen qualitativ hochwertigen - fünf Sterne -Kundenservice bieten;
- Deinen Manager unterstützen:
- bei der Entwicklung einer auf Verkauf und Kundenservice ausgerichteten Filiale;
- bei der Gewinnmaximierung durch Erreichung der Verkaufsziele innerhalb des Budgets;
- Dir alle Aspekte und Verantwortlichkeiten, einschließlich Kundenservice, Firmengeschichte, Produktwissen und Betriebsabläufen aneignen;
- Deine sehr guten Kenntnisse in der Bedienung des POS-Systems anwenden;
Deine Fähigkeiten:
- Bereits Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, Leidenschaft für Mode und Denim;
- Positive Einstellung zum Kundenservice.
- Kundenerfahrung und ein hoher Standard an Kundenorientierung;
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit allen relevanten Administrationsaufgaben
- Freundliches, zuverlässiges und vertrauenswürdiges Auftreten und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis und verbale Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch
- Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitsschichten an Wochenenden, Abenden, Feiertagen und ggf. Überstunden
