The Part Time Sales Lead is an entry-level leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and executing day-to-day store operations. This Sales Lead supports the Store Manager by following customer engagement strategies and maintaining merchandising standards that support a positive customer experience. Skills Required
- Open and close the store (keyholder duties)
- Support store sales performance and assist in meeting sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and follow customer engagement strategies
