Please note that this is a 6 month FTC, part time role of 15-20 hoursResponsibilities: 
  • Manage day-to-day administration: setting up sessions, updating content, adding events, creating comms, following up on outstanding learning assignments, reporting learning metrics, writing articles, creating videos etc. 
  • Provide necessary pre and post training administrative support, which includes scheduling rooms, arranging equipment and materials, managing employee communications, printing/ordering training materials, preparing training sign-in sheets, and managing post-training evaluation feedback process.
  • Create and edit, videos and articles to share with teams on Learning and Inclusion topics. 
  • Work with Store Ops team to ensure messages are reaching store teams. Provide ongoing employee, manager and generalist support for ongoing and new projects
  • Support on content creation and collection for new EMEA Induction
  • Support on facilitation of learning sessions for EMEA region 
  • Manage shared inboxes
  • Support on regional and social committee events. 
  • Qualifications:
  • Proficient with technology; ability to learn and use a variety of computer systems 
  • Strong customer services skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels 
  • Excellent organization and planning skills 
  • Confident public speaker 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated customer service skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently, escalating when appropriate
