The Opportunity

We are looking for a diligent and meticulous Program Manager – Learning Experience Team to join our Talent Development team in San Jose (or San Francisco). This role focuses on developing and managing programs that support and enable our learning culture across the organization. The ideal candidate has background in project/program management and experience in supporting the design and delivery of global learning initiatives. Experience with digital learning design and production. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization while prioritizing the needs of both the team and the business.

What you'll Do

  • Program Management: End-to-end program management of our global learning initiatives. Scope, implement, and continuously improve scalable development programs that support our learning culture.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to the team, demonstrating the power of data-driven insights to impact decisions and champion the creation of effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams within Employing Experience as was as organizations across the business to identify learning needs and align program objectives with business goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs by tracking goals and achievements, and using metrics; provide regular reports and insights to collaborators.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine leadership development programs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and changes in leadership requirements.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication and implementation of leadership programs across the organization, driving adoption of standard methodologies.
  • Operations: Ensure the implementation of delivered programs. This entails writing and dispatching communications and calendar invitations, arranging sessions and practice runs, setting up instances in our Adobe Learning Manager (LMS), and developing virtual and live training resources.
  • Preferred: Experience with digital learning design and production.

What you need to succeed

  • 4+ years of program management experience, preferably within HR, Talent Development, or Leadership Development.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects that involve collaboration with various collaborators and managing multiple customers.
  • Curiosity to learn and pilot new ideas and tools, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication, written, and verbal skills, with an interest in visual and narrative storytelling and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of key program management concepts and methodologies, and hands-on experience managing and driving engagement in collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to foster trust and relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, identify and align diverse perspectives, and advise and influence senior partners.
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to break down sizable problems into meaningful pieces and leverage data to derive insights.
  • Highly proficient in using MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $78,300 -- $158,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
