What You'll Do
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and learning objectives for various learning initiatives
- Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Create instructional materials, including participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, and other supporting documentation
- Utilize authoring tools, learning management systems, and other technologies to create and deliver learning solutions
- Design and develop multimedia content, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive simulations, and assessments
- Analyze training needs and performance gaps to identify areas where learning interventions are required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards
- Incorporate gamification, microlearning, and other innovative approaches to increase engagement and knowledge retention
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in learning experience design or instructional design
- Proficiency in using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia software
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and multimedia development
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Creativity and a passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and adult learning
- Travel required for periodic team onsites
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively in a virtual environment
