About the Role:

The Learning Experience Designer develops and delivers engaging learning experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams. Approximately 60-70% of the role focuses on content development, including eLearning, labs, assessments, videos, and instructor enablement materials, while 30-40% focuses on delivering instructor-led training (ILT). The successful candidate will translate product information and technical concepts into engaging learning experiences while building expertise in instructional design, content development, and live training delivery with guidance from experienced team members.

What You’ll Do:

Content Development

• Design and develop eLearning courses, microlearning, videos, assessments, labs, and supporting resources.

• Translate product documentation, technical requirements, and SME input into learner-focused content.

• Create instructor-led training materials, facilitator guides, learner guides, and hands-on exercises.

• Develop scenario-based and technical lab activities that reinforce real-world product use cases.

• Build, test, and maintain content using approved authoring and multimedia tools.

• Ensure content remains current with product releases and feature updates.

Training Delivery

• Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and enablement programs for customers, partners, and internal audiences.

• Explain technical product concepts, workflows, integrations, and best practices to customers and partners.

• Facilitate hands-on labs, exercises, discussions, and Q&A sessions.

• Prepare and validate training environments, exercises, and required system access.

• Troubleshoot learner and technical issues during training delivery.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Partner with product teams, SMEs, and learning colleagues to validate technical accuracy and learning effectiveness.

• Manage assigned projects and communicate risks, dependencies, and progress proactively.

• Use learner feedback and performance data to improve content and delivery.

• Stay current on product releases, industry trends, AI capabilities, and learning technologies.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 2+ years of experience; internship experience, career, or a portfolio in instructional design, training, education, technical communication, or eLearning development.

• Flexibility to deliver live virtual instructor-led training sessions during EMEA business hours (3:00 PM–12:00 AM KL time). Training engagements may span multiple consecutive days.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of identifying issues, communicating risks early, and driving work forward with minimal supervision.

• Confidence presenting to groups and facilitating discussions, demonstrations, or training sessions.

• Foundational technical aptitude with the ability to learn software platforms, integrations, and digital workflows quickly.

• Experience creating training materials, presentations, videos, job aids, or learning resources.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to balance content development and scheduled training delivery.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional fluency in English.

   

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Experience delivering customer, partner, or technical product training.

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline.

• Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, content management systems, digital experience platforms, marketing technology, or related enterprise software.

• Experience creating technical labs, product demonstrations, hands-on exercises, or guided simulations.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), data concepts, or cloud-based applications.

• Experience reviewing technical documentation and collaborating with product managers, developers, or solution architects.

• Familiarity with learning management systems and virtual training platforms.

• Understanding accessibility standards, adult learning principles, and inclusive design.
