Why we need you
As a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) professional, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Omise’s learning culture across Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan. This role requires advanced expertise in program design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. You will represent L&D in key initiatives, act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, and contribute deep knowledge to ensure learning programs are impactful, relevant, and aligned with business needs. Your independence, professional judgment, and ability to anticipate future needs will drive the success of development initiatives and support the growth of colleagues across the organization.
What you will be doing
Learning Program Design & Facilitation
- Design and deliver advanced learning programs across multiple regions that align with organizational goals.
- Develop structured learning paths that strengthen leadership readiness, technical capability, and professional growth.
- Apply blended learning methods, digital platforms, and external certifications to create high-impact programs.
- Facilitate engaging and professional sessions, including leadership, technical, and professional development workshops.
Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis and participant feedback.
- Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate program impact to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Anticipate emerging learning needs and refine programs to keep them effective and relevant.
- Introduce new approaches and practices that enhance the value and competitiveness of learning initiatives.
Learning Systems & Data
- Maintain accuracy and quality of training records and dashboards across all regions within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Take responsibility for producing analytics that highlight participation, completion rates, and outcomes.
- Provide insights that support informed decision-making and business alignment.
Compliance & Regulatory Training
- Ensure all training programs meet Department of Skills Development (DSD) requirements.
- Keep compliance records accurate and audit-ready.
- Use compliance requirements as opportunities to add value and strengthen employee development.
Collaboration & Engagement
- Partner with People Operations and business teams to align learning programs with organizational objectives.
- Act as a senior point of contact for employees and managers on L&D matters.
- Encourage participation in learning opportunities and promote a culture of continuous development.
- Share expertise with colleagues, providing mentorship and guidance that supports their growth.
Senior-Level Expectations (5–7 Years of Experience)
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and refine programs that scale across multiple regions.
- Depth of experience in creating structured learning paths that prepare employees for leadership and technical growth.
- Strong skill in analyzing learning data and presenting insights that influence stakeholders.
- Capability to balance compliance requirements with engaging program design.
- Recognized as a trusted professional in L&D, with a track record of supporting colleagues and contributing to the broader development culture.
- Expected to serve as a role model for high-quality facilitation, professional standards, and continuous improvement in learning.
You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or a closely related discipline.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful learning programs for diverse employee groups.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning approaches.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for program administration and reporting.
- Analytical ability to evaluate program effectiveness and clearly communicate outcomes.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and regions.
- Skilled at working independently, prioritizing effectively, and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
- Recognized for professional credibility and trusted as a key resource on learning initiatives.
- Committed to continuous development, both personally and in supporting the growth of others.
