Job Description
Where You Will Work:
Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.
AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.
What You Will Do:
The Learning and Development Program Specialist supports the organization's Personal Development, Leadership Development, and Mentorship programs by facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions, coordinating program logistics, and contributing to instructional design efforts. This role requires a high level of professionalism, executive presence, and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for both in-person and virtual audiences, with a focus on manager-level personnel.
- Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of live and virtual training programs, ensuring all details are executed seamlessly.
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned learning programs that run year-round, including mentorship programs, personal development initiatives, onboarding, compliance training, or similar programs.
- Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials to support learning and development initiatives.
- Build and foster strong relationships with team members, leaders, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and support for learning programs.
- Exhibit executive presence in delivering content and interacting with leadership teams.
- Draft clear and professional communications and documentation related to training programs.
- Collaborate on the creation and editing of multimedia content, including videos and graphic materials, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Utilize instructional design software to create engaging and effective learning materials as needed.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple programs and tasks simultaneously, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Available to travel as needed, up to 25%

Qualifications
What You Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Adult or Continuing Education, Human Resource Development, Instructional Design or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in facilitating training sessions, particularly for manager-level audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences.
- Executive presence and the ability to establish credibility and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools and familiarity with video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Information
What We Offer
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including :
- Expected base salary between $80,000-$100,000 plus target annual 10% bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Need to Know
