Essential duties and responsibilities
The Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive training strategy that supports organizational performance, employee capability and long-term talent development. This role leads the creation of scalable learning programs and ensures training initiatives align with company goals and culture.
Develop and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy that supports organizational growth and operational excellence.
Create, implement and maintain training programs for frontline employees, managers and executives.
Oversee training lifecycle including needs assessment, curriculum design, facilitation and evaluation.
Research and introduce innovative learning solutions.
Lead and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops and leadership development programs.
Coach and support internal SME to deliver high-quality training.
Ensure training materials are current, engaging and aligned with operational standards and company culture.
Own the design and delivery of orientation program.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content updates, reporting and compliance tracking.
Establish and track KPIs related to learning effectiveness, training participation and ROI.
Analyze data to evaluate program success and make recommendations for improvement.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education or organizational development or related field. Master’s preferred.
5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development or leadership development roles.
Ability to build scalable programs in a past-paced and high growth environment.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Strong project management and stakeholder partnership skills.
Proven experience in curriculum design, facilitation and program management.
Experience working with an LMS and other learning technologies.
