We are looking for a visionary and high-impact L&D Lead to establish and lead the Learning & Development function at LSports from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to architect the learning strategy, organizational culture, and growth trajectories of a fast-growing tech company. We are seeking an exceptional blend of a strategic thinker who can see the "big picture" and a hands-on "Doer" who thrives on execution, from logistics to high-level facilitation.
What you’ll do
- Strategy & Infrastructure: Define the L&D vision for LSprots, build an annual roadmap aligned with business goals, and establish measurement frameworks (KPIs) to track impact.
- Career Paths & Growth: Partner closely with managers to design professional roadmaps and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), directly linking learning to employee retention and internal mobility.
- Facilitation & Training: Lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions in-person and virtually. You will be the "Face of Learning" at LSports.
- Leadership Development: Coach and support managers at all levels, building management toolkits and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and mentorship.
- Full-Cycle Execution (Hands-on): Take 100% ownership of execution—from scheduling and internal communications to selecting vendors, managing budgets, and preparing materials.
- Learning Tech & AI: Evaluate and implement our first Learning Management System (LMS) and leverage AI tools to create accessible, relevant, and engaging digital content.
- Revamped Onboarding: Re-imagine the "New Hire" journey, ensuring a world-class landing that accelerates time-to-productivity and cultural integration.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in L&D or Organizational Development (OD) within the global High-Tech industry – Must.
- Building Experience: Significant advantage for those who have built an L&D function from scratch or were key players in a rapidly scaling startup.
- Exceptional Facilitation: Proven experience in public speaking and delivering content to diverse audiences in both Hebrew and English.
- Execution Powerhouse: A "hands-on" mindset with the ability to manage every detail—from high-level deck design to the smallest logistical task.
- Business Partnership: Ability to consult with senior leadership, understand professional pain points, and translate them into practical learning solutions.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a very high level (written and verbal).
