What this job involves:

As a Learning & Development Content Developer at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging, innovative learning experiences that help our employees thrive in a dynamic global marketplace. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to develop high-quality training content that supports our business objectives and enhances our employees' professional growth. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Design and develop engaging learning content for various delivery methods including e-learning, instructor-led training, videos, and interactive tools
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning needs and translate complex information into clear, compelling training materials
• Create assessment tools to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain and update existing training content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Support the implementation of new learning technologies and platforms
• Analyze performance data to refine content and improve learning outcomes
• Ensure all learning materials align with JLL's or client’s brand guidelines and organizational values

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or content development for corporate learning
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
• Demonstrated project management capabilities
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Experience in real estate or professional services industry
• Knowledge of video production and editing
• Experience with multimedia design tools
• Familiarity with learning analytics and data-driven content optimization
• Certification in instructional design or e-learning development
• Experience working in global, multicultural environments where collaboration across teams is essential
