We are seeking a Learning and Knowledge Management ( L&KM) Content Curator to join the Wilton Factory Learning & Knowledge Management Team. In this role, you will curate, organize, and optimize learning content and knowledge assets that support workforce capability development. You will work closely with subject matter experts, academies, colleges, and business stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences, improve content accessibility, and ensure employees can easily discover the knowledge and learning resources they need to be successful.

We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.


Role and responsibilities

As an L&KM Content Curator, you will plan, organize, and execute content curation activities for key business and learning topics. You will help transform learning and knowledge needs into structured, accessible, and impactful learning journeys within ASML's learning ecosystem.


Key responsibilities include:


Content Curation & Learning Experience Design
  • Analyze business and workforce learning needs and translate them into curated learning and knowledge solutions.
  • Aggregate, validate, organize, and maintain learning content from multiple sources.
  • Design and structure learning pathways, learning journeys, and curated content collections within ASML's learning platforms.
  • Ensure content is accessible, searchable, relevant, and aligned with learner needs.
  • Collaborate with Academies, Colleges, Knowledge Managers, and subject matter experts to identify critical skills, competencies, and knowledge gaps.
  • Support the integration of learning solutions into employees' daily workflow and performance support environments.

Learning Solution Development
  • Contribute to the design and development of comprehensive Learning & Knowledge Management solutions.
  • Support curriculum reviews across academies and technical disciplines to identify opportunities for content alignment and reuse.
  • Help define end-to-end learner experiences that improve engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Apply instructional design principles to enhance learning effectiveness and learner experience.

Quality Assurance & Performance Support
  • Monitor and review curated learning solutions to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
  • Support the integration of learning content into broader workforce development programs.
  • Advise stakeholders on learning metrics and indicators that help measure effectiveness and business impact.
  • Respond to content-related questions and provide recommendations based on established processes and standards.
  • Perform analysis of content issues and recommend practical solutions.

Knowledge Management
  • Promote effective knowledge capture, sharing, retention, and reuse across the organization.
  • Ensure knowledge assets are governed according to established standards and best practices.
  • Support the development and maintenance of high-quality knowledge repositories.
  • Integrate knowledge management practices into learning solution development activities.

Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging learning technologies, instructional design methodologies, and knowledge management practices.
  • Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence and stakeholders in evaluating learning technologies and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve learner experience, content discoverability, and overall learning effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the advancement of the L&KM community by sharing best practices and innovative approaches.

Education and experienceRequired
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, Technical Training, Content Management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of business processes and workforce development principles.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred
  • Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or knowledge management systems.
  • Experience curating technical, operational, or manufacturing-related learning content.
  • Familiarity with competency-based learning programs and learning journey design.

Other information

This position is located on-site in Wilton, Connecticut. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.

The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently:

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
