Leankor Solution Architect- Salesforce

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Leankor Solution Architect with strong Salesforce expertise to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Leankor’s Work Management Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Leankor and Salesforce, strong solution architecture capabilities, and the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

This role requires excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, technical constraints, and project objectives.
• Lead solution design workshops, technical discussions, and architecture reviews with clients.
• Define technical strategies, solution architectures, and implementation approaches for Leankor and Salesforce solutions.
• Develop comprehensive technical designs, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
• Provide guidance on Leankor platform configuration, customization, Salesforce integration, and overall solution design.
• Define data migration, integration, and data-flow strategies between Salesforce, Leankor, and other enterprise systems.
• Work closely with development and implementation teams to translate architecture into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and design decisions.
• Ensure solutions follow architecture, security, scalability, integration, and development best practices.
• Lead technical presentations and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Support Agile, Scrum, and DevOps-based implementation and delivery processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong Leankor Work Management Platform experience.
• Strong Salesforce experience, including Salesforce solution design, configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect.
• Experience leading client-facing solution design workshops and architecture discussions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce–Leankor integrations and enterprise application architecture.
• Excellent English oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience developing architecture diagrams, technical designs, specifications, and implementation documentation.
• Experience with data migration and system integration strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of modern development technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET.
• Understanding of solution architecture methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional development, QA, business, and project teams.
• Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS/cloud implementations.
