About the Role

  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring strict adherence to ESD compliance standards (ANSI/ESD S20.20).
  • This role leverages your expertise in both manufacturing processes and digital solutions—requiring you to execute Lean projects like Kaizen and 5S, while developing Power BI dashboards and Power Apps to modernize operations.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training and foster a culture of quality and efficiency. In this role, you will report to the HPS Manager

What You Will Do

Lead the execution of Lean projects such as Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping to identify waste and optimize production processes.

  • Act as the point person on ESD Compliance, establishing and maintaining the ESD Control Program in strict accordance with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.
  • Continuously partner with cross-functional teams to deliver training on Lean tools and ESD measures, ensuring a strong culture of continuous improvement and quality compliance.
  • Drive digital transformation by developing Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring and building Power Apps to digitize shop floor inspections and Gemba walks.
  • Actively provide support in the design of Power Automate workflows to streamline approvals, trigger alerts, and reduce manual administrative tasks.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • A thorough understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S, VSM) and ESD Control standards (ANSI/ESD S20.20) within an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Process Improvement, with a proven track record of implementing improvement projects.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, with the ability to create solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving methodologies, such as Fishbone diagrams, Why-Why Analysis, and 8D.
  • Well-versed in MS Office 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Advanced Excel) and possesses strong project management and leadership skills.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) or a Certificate of ESD Compliance
  • Experience in ESD Control (ANSI/ESD S20.20) specifically within an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English to support effective communication.
  • Proven track record in implementing 5S, Kaizen, Suggestion Systems, or Six Sigma projects

What Makes You Eligible

  • You have a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Ideally, you live near Laem Chabang, Thailand. Because this role is based at the Laemchabang-Thailand Plant, commuting to the plant will be required.
  • You are willing to work on-site in a manufacturing environment, as the role involves hands-on inspections, maintaining ESD equipment, and resolving issues directly on the production floor.
  • You are legally authorized to work in Thailand.
