How you will make contributions that matter:
Continue your journey with Saputo Dairy Australia in the role of Leading Hand and lead and direct the product flow, for each shift within Sungold-Fresh Milk. Utilise your relationship skills to liase with internal and external stakeholders and mentor staff.
Key elements of your new role will include:
- Experience in a similar role and demonstrated knowledge of Pasteurizing process would be well regarded
- Strong team leadership &ability to coach& mentor operators on shift
- Ability to plan and organise daily shift operations
- Co-ordinate and delegate tasks to ensure shifts run smoothly
- Show initiative and innovative ways to problem solve
- Lead and work within a teamwork environment
- Ensures all occupational health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure compliance of Fresh Milk to all relevant QMS policies & procedures
- Participate in Food Safety (HACCP) Reviews & Maintain a high hygiene protocol
About you:
- Certificate III in food processing or equivalent
- Certifications/Tickets as per WCB & NUW Agreement
- Passionate about the production of quality products and adherence to OHS and QMS policies and training and mentoring others
- Experience in Microsoft office suite, SAP, SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- A focus on leading and motivating teams
