 NOW HIRING A LEADERSHIP SUPPORT COORDINATOR

At LIFE Senior Services, our mission is to empower older adults to live independently with dignity. We're looking for an organized, proactive, and highly professional Leadership Support Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of our Executive Leadership Team.

What You'll Do:

As the Leadership Support Coordinator, you'll provide executive-level administrative and project support across the organization by:

  • Supporting the Executive Leadership Team with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Coordinating executive meetings, Board of Directors meetings, and leadership events
  • Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence
  • Recording Board meeting minutes and maintaining official Board documentation
  • Managing leadership calendars, meeting logistics, catering, and event coordination
  • Maintaining organizational policies, handbook updates, and document management
  • Tracking executive metrics, department reports, and organizational dashboards
  • Assisting with donor acknowledgment letters, sponsorship correspondence, and fundraising support
  • Supporting insurance renewals, compliance documentation, and special organizational projects
  • Serving as a trusted resource while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Three or more years of executive administrative support, office management, project coordination, or similar experience
  • Experience coordinating meetings, Board activities, or organizational events preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
