Job Description

IGL4US is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our Philadelphia team.

This position is designed for individuals who want to develop practical leadership and business management skills while gaining hands-on experience working with teams, supporting daily operations, and contributing to organizational growth.

As a Leadership Development Associate, you will work closely with experienced team members and leadership to learn how successful teams are developed, supported, and managed. You will also have opportunities to take on increasing levels of responsibility as you grow within the organization.

Responsibilities
