Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Kansas City, MO.

This position is designed for individuals interested in developing their leadership, communication, team management, and business operations skills. The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with experienced team members and leadership while gaining practical exposure to daily operations, team development, performance management, and organizational growth.

Through structured training and hands-on learning, you will develop the skills needed to take on greater responsibilities and pursue future leadership opportunities within the company.
