Tasks
* Join the the leadership team
* Your primary responsibility is building the medical and logistical capabilities for whole-body field cryoprotection and leading the medical and SST teams
* Deep dive and take responsibility for a wide range of topics
* Build partnerships with other R&D and cryopreservation organizations and set the strategic direction of the overall organization
* In a nutshell, you are co-responsible for all topics that help us grow, advance the sector and build a scalable and professional organization.
Requirements
* Prior experience in leadership roles with personnel responsibility, ideally in Operations or CxO-positions
* Extraordinary grit and dedication
* Experience in early stage, high innovation organizations
* Unparalleled intrinsic motivation for longevity and human cryopreservation (!)
* Analytical mindset with a scientific, evidence-based approach.
* Extroverted personality
* Pronounced hands-on mentality; your day-to-day will include a wide(!) range of projects
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent English language skills
* Excellent computer/tech skills
* Willingness to relocate to Southern Florida (we will help with all the details)
* Optional: Scientific and/or medical background/experience
