The Project Coordinator, Lead serves as the central point of coordination between clients, stakeholders, and internal UnitedLex teams within the project management structure. The role is responsible for ensuring all assigned projects are executed efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

This position requires regular client interaction, including engagement with outside counsel and review providers, to manage and deliver on both day-to-day project requests and broader program initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a high degree of ownership, accountability, and independence in managing assigned projects. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all project management services across engagements. 
  • Maintain utilization in line with internal benchmarks (target: 85%). 
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. 
  • Apply established Quality Control protocols to ensure the accuracy and consistency of deliverables. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. 
  • Manage escalations effectively by identifying root causes, coordinating with relevant teams, and communicating clear resolutions to clients. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a continuous focus on enhancing client satisfaction. 
  • Participate in client meetings, provide proactive updates and address concerns in a structured manner. 
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of client pricing models and ensure adherence to billing guidelines. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project and program management processes. 
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, tools, and competitor offerings to support informed client discussions. 
  • Contribute to the development of internal training materials and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions. 
  • Collaborate closely with supporting teams to execute project and program deliverables. 
  • Partner with Client Services teams to ensure alignment on client-specific requirements and enable proactive support. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of time tracking and related administrative requirements. 

Team & Leadership Expectations:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members within the client services structure. 
  • Promote a collaborative and solution-oriented team environment. 
  • Support capability building through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing. 
  • Lead by example in demonstrating ownership, accountability, professionalism, and client-centricity. 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the Litigation Support or eDiscovery industry. 
  • Strong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including the EDRM framework. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage eDiscovery workflows in a client-facing capacity. 
  • Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts, including weekends and national holidays, as required. 

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Relativity (front-end), including workspace navigation, troubleshooting, and user support (certification preferred). 
  • Familiarity with additional review platforms such as 4iG and Everlaw are advantageous. 
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard technologies, workflows, and associated challenges. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly advanced MS Excel for reporting and data analysis. 
  • Experience with ticketing and workflow management tools (e.g., JIRA) is preferred.
