Job Description:

  • At least 11 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture
  • Technically sound knowledge in VoIP Protocols ( SIP,H.323 )
  • Prior technology implementation in Unified Communication, Contact Center, Gateway solution products for Cisco, Avaya, Sonus.
  • Good understanding on PSTN/PBAX solution deployments.
  • Good knowledge on various troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, sipp, network tools, TranslatorX).
  • Excellent problem solving skills with desire to take on responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, should have worked in global delivery model.
  • Good understanding on product SLA’s and support metrics.
  • Ability to grasp problems and understand issues quickly and provide solutions.
  • Ability to reason and think logically
  • Strong attention to detail in regards to project planning and documentation
  • Strong organizational and sales skills.
  • Display willingness to help others, a pleasant personality, a courteous manner, and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to apply judgment, implement solutions, and resolve conflicts, all in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience in IT
