We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Lead Data Engineer to play a key role in a critical data platform migration initiative. In this role, you will lead a team of talented data engineers in transitioning our existing data infrastructure from PySpark, Athena, and BigQuery to a modern stack centered around dbt and Snowflake, with Airflow for orchestration. You will be responsible for defining the frameworks, architecting scalable data solutions, ensuring data quality and governance, and mentoring the team throughout this transformation. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of high-impact creative assets across digital and print channels, including display ads, emails, social media graphics, presentations, print collateral, and campaign landing pages.
  • Translate business objectives and stakeholder requirements into compelling visual concepts, creative briefs, and strategic design solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with writers, marketing partners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide creative leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance support to junior designers, fostering design excellence and professional growth.
  • Conduct design reviews, provide actionable feedback, and maintain consistency across creative outputs.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and visual storytelling that support business goals and customer engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and adapting to changing business needs within a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive design quality and strategic alignment across teams, ensuring creative integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Must-have Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related creative disciplines.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital and print design work that supports marketing, branding, and business objectives.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).
  • Experience working with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma.
  • Proven experience leading creative initiatives, providing design direction, and reviewing the work of other designers.
  • Strong understanding of branding systems, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective creative solutions.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, navigate shifting priorities, and influence outcomes without formal authority.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Legal, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience supporting campaign strategy, content development, and marketing communications initiatives.
  • Familiarity with content automation platforms, digital optimization tools, or marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Business, and Technical stakeholders.
  • Interest in mentoring and developing other designers while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
