The annual base salary for this position ranges from $102,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $209,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHAs the Lead, Transformation Analyst, you’ll work on the Org Transformation Solutions (OTS) team within People Solutions and report to the Director, Org Transformation. You will partner with business HR, Business Leaders, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Cross-functional stakeholders within People Solutions to support the end-to-end delivery of small to medium sized Org Transformation projects. You will also partner with and support the Transformation Consultants and HR Data Specialists on the OTS team.

As the ideal candidate, you will bring experience working with HR Systems including Workday and Orgvue and comfortable translating business requirements to technical teams.
You demonstrate strong data analysis skills and the ability to communicate complex data to HR partners and business leaders clearly, confidently, and concisely. You have previously led project teams and understand how to manage competing priorities and tight project timelines.

6+ years of experience in project management and org transformation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a closely related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
Strong understanding of HR systems including, Workday & Orgvue
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel)
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple competing priorities
Excellent business consultative skills
Strong data analysis capabilities with a focus on HR and talent data
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Able to analyze and identify potential solutions to drive projects to completion
You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of small to medium sized Org Transformation projects while also serving as an Analyst to support our Transformation Consultants and HR Data Specialists. You will partner directly with Business HR and Business Leaders to facilitate Org Design and Talent Assignment directly in our HR tools and systems while ensuring the project stays on track and meets critical deadlines.
Other responsibilities include:
Consult with BHR to ensure organizational plans optimize Nike data, systems, and processes to inform and enable Nike’s development, evolution, and transformation.
Understand and communicate key metrics that keep Transformation projects on task and aligned to future-state strategy.
Partnership with Transformation Consultants on strategic direction of project and reporting to deliver business needs.
Facilitate kick-off and specific transformation phase readiness sessions for small – medium transformations.
Hands-to-key data entry for Design and Assignment sessions with BHR and business leaders
Support Transformation Consultants with analysis, data escalations, and lead specific program deliverables.
Partner with Activation Consultant to facilitate BHR data audits during activation and process changes as needed
Maintaining data integrity and consulting with BHR to ensure design and talent decisions are aligned with Nike best practices for data management
Train and support HR Data Specialist on tools, systems, and processes.
Provide end-to-end project reporting throughout all phases of the transformation lifecycle- delivering visibility to BHR, Talent Management, and business leaders on organizational structures, design scenarios, overall design and assignment progress, talent decisions, and project financials.
