As a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Corporate Sector- Corporate Technology, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Work within the office of the chief of staff to organize and manage department-wide initiatives, ensure day-to-day deliverables and operating rhythms are executed, and provide senior leaders with clear, data-driven visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. In addition, you will identify and implement AI-enabled solutions that streamline recurring reporting and operational processes for the Office of the Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff teams across the organization.
Job responsibilities
- Manage central, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategy, measurable outcomes, and disciplined delivery and define program scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics in partnership with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Establish and run governance routines (cadence, reviews, decision logs), ensuring timely execution and transparent communication
- Own and oversee the technology operating model across the organization, including planning, alignment, tracking, and executive readouts
- Partner with the enterprise/functional team(s) to ensure consistent standards, timelines, and tooling adoption
- Ensure teams have clear direction, achievable plans, and appropriate visibility into status, dependencies, and decision points
- Own recurring reporting for senior management and downstream Chief of Staff teams, improving clarity, accuracy, and timeliness
- Develop and maintain reporting artifacts (dashboards, status summaries, progress views) that “tell the story” and drive action
- Coordinate Global Resiliency activities across regions, including test planning, readiness tracking, SME coordination, communications, and completion confirmation and ensure proper alignment of Subject Matter Experts. Track actions, dates, outcomes, and follow-ups to ensure requirements are met and gaps are addressed
- Identify repetitive, schedule-driven work suitable for automation; design and implement AI-assisted solutions to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
- Document solutions, controls, and results; communicate outcomes clearly to stakeholders and SMEs
- Champion accessible AI tooling for non-developers, driving adoption through enablement, playbooks, and continuous improvement of central tooling
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methods and governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and how to operate in hybrid environments
- Understanding of program/portfolio tooling (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Clarity and/or PPM) and reporting/dashboard practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break complex business/technical objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word
- Working knowledge using LLMs: ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc. and working knowledge of SharePoint: page updates and light admin
- Ability to coach and enable project managers, scrum masters, and product owners
- Experience ensuring lineage between Agile delivery artifacts and Waterfall milestone/status reporting
