Job responsibilities

- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.

- Strong experience preparing and presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and operating committees. - Proven track record of applying analytical reasoning and advanced problem-solving techniques to decompose business, technical, or operational objectives into actionable tasks and deliverables.
- Expert stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by building productive relationships, managing expectations, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with hands-on experience using tools such as JIRA for project tracking and delivery and expert MS Office skills, particularly in Powerpoint and Excel.
- High technical fluency with familiarity in current and emerging platforms, software tools, and technologies relevant to large-scale enterprise environments.
