Description du posteLead the development of complex products or features and drive backlog strategy across a broader functional domain, ensuring alignment with long-term platform and architecture strategy. You also take on people management responsibilities, leading and growing a small team of Technical Product Owners as part of your role. As a Lead TPO, you balance trade-offs between scope, time, and quality, guide product teams through complex decision-making, and mentor other Technical Product Owners while evolving the architecture and roadmap to support future requirements.
