AFO is seeking a strategic and hands-on Lead - Talent Acquisition to drive our recruitment efforts and lead the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters or TA team members (if applicable)

  • Own and optimize recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health)

  • Champion employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

  • Collaborate with HR and People Ops on onboarding and workforce planning

  • Stay updated on talent market trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience in a lead or senior role

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume or specialized hiring

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.)

  • Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in [industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, finance] is a plus
