About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on integration engineer who can both build and validate the connections between our CRM, PSA, finance, HR, and talent systems — with Planful as the central reporting and planning destination. You’ll program integrations across HubSpot, Ruddr, Sage Intacct, ADP, Lever, and Zapier, ensure data lands cleanly in Planful, and own the initial QA cycle that confirms each integration behaves as designed before it goes live.
This role suits someone who is comfortable writing integration logic, debugging data mismatches at the field level, and partnering with HR, Finance, Talent, and Operations to translate business requirements into reliable system behaviors.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain integrations across HubSpot, Ruddr, Sage Intacct, ADP, Lever, Planful, and Zapier.
Program custom workflows and data transformations — primarily in Zapier, plus native APIs, webhooks, and scripting (JavaScript/Python) where Zapier isn’t sufficient.
Ensure all relevant operational, financial, and people data flows accurately into Planful for reporting, planning, and forecasting.
Own the end-to-end HubSpot → Ruddr → Intacct → Planful data flow covering deal creation, project setup, billing, actuals, and reporting.
Define and execute initial QA for every integration: test cases, field-level validation, edge cases, reconciliation checks, and sign-off criteria.
Build monitoring and validation routines that catch data drift, sync failures, and field-mapping regressions before stakeholders do.
Document expected behaviours, known limitations, and rollback procedures for each integration.
Administer and maintain the underlying systems: HubSpot, Ruddr, Sage Intacct, ADP, Lever, Planful, and Zapier.
Lead system-side execution of the unified 2026 project code rollout — configuration, mapping, integration updates, and cutover support.
Coordinate integration timelines, dependencies, and communications across HR, Finance, Talent, and Operations.
Own year-end operational transitions across project codes, timesheets, and expenses.
Build SOPs, integration runbooks, and training materials; lead Q1 enablement workshops.

Required Skill
8-10 years in systems integration, systems administration, or business operations engineering roles.
Hands-on experience programming integrations — Zapier (advanced: code steps, webhooks, multi-step logic) plus at least one of: REST APIs, JavaScript, Python, or iPaaS platforms.
Admin experience with at least 3 of: HubSpot, Sage Intacct, ADP, Lever, Planful, Zapier. Ruddr is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to QA your own integrations: writing test plans, validating field mappings, reconciling source vs. destination data.
Strong understanding of CRM ↔ PSA ↔ ERP ↔ EPM data flows.
Excellent written documentation skills.
Preferred
Direct experience integrating into Planful (data loads, dimension mapping, model design awareness).
Background in consulting or professional services.
Working knowledge of project accounting, time and expense processes, and revenue/billing logic.
Track record supporting large-scale system transitions or platform rollouts.
