WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role is based in Taipei, and reports into the Yarn Supplier Management Senior Manager. This role will interact closely with key functional partners in APAC Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Product Creation, Product Integrity and Sustainability team. Externally, this role will interact directly with our key vendors, as the main point of connection between Nike and the Partner.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a Lead, Supplier Management, Socks Yarn on the Yarn Supplier Management, APAC Supply Chain team, you will drive materials excellence in partnership with our sock yarn vendors, to assess and evaluate their capabilities and drive sustained performance that will drive profitability and sustainable growth, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and results-driven, you thrive in a cross-functional environment. You are comfortable engaging with different external manufacturing vendors and internal teams, tailoring your messages accordingly and building strong partnerships. This role is perfect for a team-player with drive, curiosity, and strong communication skills.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- You will drive sock yarn partner strategy and support vendors to deliver strong performance on material delivery, costing, quality and sustainability priorities. You will manage key initiatives execution, alert to both opportunities and risks for relevant objectives, managing and escalating as needed. You will manage manufacturing issues, ensuring impacts are mitigated and issues are resolved.
- Your typical day/week will include ensuring you’re focused on and progressing against clearly defined weekly and seasonal priorities. You’ll work collaboratively with the full Supplier Management team as well as relevant internal stakeholders in the APAC Supply Chain & Sock ecosystem. You will deliver results against immediate needs as well as long term priorities.
