Roles & responsibilities
- Visa Application - Carry out visa application process for business travelers, EBT's, and inpats. Act as SPOC with respect to process steps, timelines, and documentation required. Provide team members with appropriate information to ensure timely visa application and renewal. Monitor and track visa status for all inpats. Coordinate with different teams like travel team to ensure that adequate support is provided to clients and SLA's are met.
- Support the global mobility business partner in conducting pre departure guide, briefing sessions and mock interviews.
- Facilitation of Inpat Assignments - Coordinating the inpat selection process like creating cost estimates, FRRO processes, compensation accumulation on internal tools (OTM), working with inpats on their movement to India.
- FRO and visa extensions- Coordinate the process of FRO and Visa extensions for India inbound travelers. Assist in preparation of required paperwork by coordinating with different teams like Finance, HR, and President's office. Work with relocation vendor to ensure smooth processing. Tracking compliance and extensions.
- Administration and Reporting of Expenses - Assist with tracking of all FRO, Visa extension, expenses and partner with Target India Finance to process payments in a timely fashion. Tracking of immigration invoices for inpats and EBT's.
- Creating and maintaining quarterly dashboards
- Filing and maintaining records as appropriate and updating process documents
- Partnering in team projects as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or more from Accredited Universities
- 2+ years of experience in Global Mobility
- Customer service orientation
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to function independently through process documents
- Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite
