WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting Nike India, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring leaders across functions. This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition ITC & APLA and plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs, while working closely with cross-functional teams including Talent Brand, DEI and TA COE.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced sourcing professional who brings a strong mix of research capability, structured thinking, and execution discipline. This role is for someone who understands how to build talent pipelines ahead of demand and can translate business needs into clear sourcing strategies.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across a wide range of roles—from mid-level to leadership hires—and know how to navigate different talent markets. You bring strong market awareness, are hands-on with sourcing tools and technologies, and can use data and insights to guide decisions and influence hiring conversations. This role also requires someone who can guide and mentor others, manage multiple priorities, and step in on critical searches without losing momentum across ongoing work.
The ideal candidate is a go-to partner in building strong pipelines and enhancing sourcing outcomes.
Key requirements:
12+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, ideally in a research-driven environment
Strong capability in market mapping, talent pipelining, and building insight-led sourcing strategies
Proven experience supporting hiring across mid to senior level roles, including leadership searches
Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, CRM platforms, job boards, etc.)
Ability to work with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through data and insights
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead sourcing efforts across multiple functions, ensuring strong talent pipelines, consistent delivery, and alignment with business priorities.
Key responsibilities:
Lead sourcing for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring strong pipeline health and readiness
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and calibrate talent expectations
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Use market intelligence and research to guide sourcing approaches and stakeholder decisions
Leverage multi-channel sourcing tools and technologies to improve scale, reach, and efficiency
Manage high-priority and leadership searches while balancing multiple ongoing requirements
Ensure strong candidate engagement through timely communication and follow-ups
Act as a point of escalation for sourcing challenges and help resolve blockers
