Lead Solutions Engineer (Automation Testing)

Work closely with Product team to build complex demo scenario; prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products to prospective customers;

Participate in complicated client presentations with Solutions Consultant team when required;

Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support;

• Develop proof of concept applications built on top of Katalon, present technical demonstrations, and help Katalon customers make the most of their test automation;

• Maintain a healthy feedback loop with the Product, Engineering and Sales teams.

• ​​At least 8+ years of experience in software automation testing (Web Applications, Mobile Applications, API and Desktop Applications);

• 3 years of experience with Katalon Studio;
• Demonstrated experience with designing and building automation tests using latest open source/vendor automation frameworks including Rest Assured / Selenium / Appium or other automation tools / framework;
• Knowledge in Scripting (AutoIt, AppleScript, Groovy, JavaScript, Python), Object identification techniques using XPATH , Attributes & CSS classes;
• Should have experience in building any Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, AWS Pipelines, Azure Devops, Github Actions, Drone CI etc;
• Proficient in core java programming & good understanding of database concepts and working knowledge with database validation;
• Possess excellent debugging skills in order to find out the reasons behind the execution failure in test cases, inefficient code, memory leakages etc;
• Knowledge in using configuration management tools e.g. GIT, SVN, etc..;
• Experience in BFSI / Salesforce domain and Robot framework is an advantage;
• Excellent English communication skill, both verbal and written;
• Self-starter and highly motivated;
• Work in a dynamic environment and ability to adapt quickly to changes and intend to explore multiple integration tools under different categories for various Katalon Studio interfaces;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
