As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Corporate Sector, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
- Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for analysis and documentation across the team, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
- Set and lead weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, and roadmap and OKR check-ins.
- Define agendas, standard artifacts, decision points, action tracking, and follow-ups to improve execution and accountability.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure handoffs are clear across product, engineering, operations, and control partners.
- Run incident communications, stakeholder updates, and action tracking during disruptions, coordinating across technology, operations, and vendors.
- Support invoice validation and approvals routing as needed and maintain spend visibility for vendor-supported product work in partnership with Finance, Procurement/Sourcing, and Accounts Payable.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
- Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience working in Agile delivery models (Scrum and Kanban) and coordinating cross-team delivery at scale, including multi-team planning, release coordination, and dependency management.
- Experience with continuous improvement methods and comfort leveraging workflow, case management, and reporting tools to drive transparency, standardization, and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Program and product operations certifications (for example, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar) are preferred.
