REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead Architect role
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent)
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across distributed, cross-functional teams
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies and related frameworks
- Expertise in Data Engineering - data pipelines, ETL processes, big data frameworks, and cloud data platforms
- Experience designing and delivering solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Deep knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API-driven architectures
- Track record of delivering scalable, reliable cloud solutions using modern CI/CD practices
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in the energy, utilities, or sustainability sector
- Familiarity with carbon accounting or ESG data platforms
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to architects, ensuring consistency and alignment across all architectural decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Guarantee compliance with enterprise standards, security requirements, and performance benchmarks
- Drive innovation in solution design, with a focus on data engineering and cloud-based architectures
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation; present architectural decisions to clients and internal teams
- Stay current with emerging technologies, rapidly adopting new tools and practices to enhance project outcomes
- Champion best practices in architecture, scalability, and reliability across the organization
