- Provide technical sales support for BDMs and Account Managers
- Enforce and execute all change controls
- Execute service requests assigned via service desk
- Resolve incidents escalated from the service desk or NOC
- Perform problem management procedures
- Maintain standard solutions
- Ensure all engineers can implement standard solutions
Requirements
- Must have at least 5yrs experience as a Lead Engineer.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering is REQUIRED.
- Experience supporting the technical team.
