- Member of R&D software team developing solutions for Advantest's 93K SOC testers.
- Deliver complete high-quality solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to help set the future direction of the product.
- Design, Architect, Plan and Implement solutions based on customer and marketing feedback.
- Lead teams of SW engineers to implement high quality solutions delivered on time.
- Collect customer requirements directly from customers.
Responsibilities:
- Will write applications programs, software libraries and device drivers in C++ and Java to control 93K SOC tester and test customer devices.
- Will modify and debug new hardware to verify correct operation.
- Will propose new changes to hardware and software for an optimized solution.
- Work directly with 93K SOC customers.
- Develop instrument drivers that interact with the 93K test system.
- Turn a customer conversation into detailed test specifications for implementation on the 93K test system and lead the team that does the implementation.
- Be proficient in relevant aspects of SmarTest and be able to share knowledge within internal team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in CS, CE or EE and minimum of 10 years' experience developing commercial software.
- Proven experience writing software in C++.
- Proven experience developing DC parametric test applications and solutions.
- Proven experience leading technical teams.
- Proven experience developing solutions from customer discussions.
- Must be able to travel at least 50% of time
Preferred:
- Previous experience with Advantest 93K system.
- Experience in the ATE industry.
