Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of solution architecture, design, and implementation using .NET, AWS, and Azure.
Set technical standards and carry out standard practices across the engineering team.
Lead by example—write production-quality code, perform deep code reviews, resolve the toughest technical challenges, and always focus on code quality, security, and performance.
Deep expertise in AWS and Azure cloud services, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native architectures.
Drive cloud adoption, automation, and DevOps maturity; eliminate bottlenecks and manual processes.
Mentor, coach, and elevate the team—demand high performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate directly with business leaders to translate high-reaching goals into robust technical solutions.
Proactively identify risks, anticipate scaling challenges, and deliver resilient, high-availability systems.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software development with .NET (C#, Entity Framework, LINQ).
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud security.
Skilled in asynchronous programming and multithreading.
Strong expertise in Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus etc.) and AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficient in DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud security.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Understanding of secure coding practices and backend security.
Experience with logging, monitoring, and diagnostics in .NET applications.
